SchoolAlexa ("we", "our") operates a school and institution management platform. We are committed to safeguarding student and parent personal information.
We collect student academic records, attendance logs, parent email addresses, and phone numbers strictly provided by authorized school administrations.
All subscription payments are processed securely through 256-bit encrypted Razorpay gateways. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
Data is stored using encrypted Supabase databases with strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies guaranteeing only authorized parents and teachers access relevant records.
